Plant Sprit Connection with Nettle:
Saturday 7th April 10:30am – 3:30pm
Spend a day connecting with the plant sprit of Nettle using meditation, drawing and deep observation. You will also learn to make a herbal spring vinegar using Nettles and other spring herbs
Plant Sprit Connection with Hawthorn:
Saturday 12th May 10:30am – 3:30pm
Spend a day connecting with the plant sprit of Hawthorn. You will learn how to make a Hawthorn flower essence to take home.
Plant Sprit Connection with Elder:
Saturday 9th June 10:30am – 3:30pm
Spend a day connecting with the plant sprit of Elder. You will learn how to make an Elder flower essence to take home.
Plant Sprit Connection with Yarrow:
Saturday 7th July 10:30am – 3:30pm
Spend a day connecting with the plant spirit of Yarrow. You will learn how to make a Yarrow flower essence to take home.
Herbal First Aid:
Saturday 8th September 10:30am – 3:30pm
Come and explore how to stock your herbal first aid cabinet from the garden and from the wild.
The investment for each of these workshops is £50 and includes all course materials and a vegetarian lunch. Booking is essential.
